General Information & Policies

Check-In / Check-Out

Our check-in time is 3:00 PM to 7:00PM. Call or e-mail for special instructions if checking in late. Our check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Minimum Stay

One night stays are welcome, but no discounts can be given. We encourage a minimum of two nights for a discount and to be able to experience all Gettysburg has to offer.

Deposits & Cancellations

A deposit is required in the amount of first night stay. All cancellations will have a $30.00 processing fee, or you may purchase a gift card for the full deposit amount. Any changes made to a reservation within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date may forfeit the entire deposit unless the room is rebooked. We will hold your card number at the time of reservation, with payment in full at the time of check-in.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted outside only (patio).

Children

Children 10 years and older are welcome. No childcare services are provided.
