Guest Rooms
The Baladerry Inn guest rooms are located in the 1812 Main House, the 1830
addition, and the Carriage House. The spacious Great Room, dominated by a large brick fireplace, welcomes guests to relax, socialize (or not) in its comfortable sitting areas. The dining area features individual tables. A large terrace adjacent to the Great Room overlooks the spacious lawn. There is also a centrally located hot tub available for the use of our guests. Breakfast is served both in the Great Room and, in season, on the terrace. All guest rooms include private baths,
free wi-fi access, and a full country breakfast. Rates are based upon double occupancy, with extra persons charged at the rate of $40.00 per night.
Cottage Rose Suite: $222.00 to $275.00
All other rooms:
$134.00 to $185.00

Two room suite in the Carriage House. Cottage Rose features
a sunroom with queen size sofa bed, large bedroom with king size bed, fireplace, private bathroom, TV, free wi-fi access, and a
private patio. Fireplace will be turned off if the air conditioning is
running (typically in the months of April through September.)
