Minimum Stay
We reserve the right to require a minimum stay from April through November: 2 nights on weekends or special events. |

Deposits & Cancellations
A deposit is required in the amount of first night stay. All cancellations will have a $20.00 processing fee, or you may purchase a gift card for the full deposit amount. Any changes made to a reservation within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date may forfeit the entire deposit unless the room is rebooked. |

Smoking Smoking is permitted outside only (patio). |

Children Children 10 years and older are welcome. No childcare services are provided. |
